ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This father in his 50s came to MFI looking for a refreshed, age-appropriate enhancement. As a part of his full face treatment, we treated his forehead, which had become flatter and more uneven over time. Deep horizontal lines and skeletal edges made his upper face appear tense and fatigued—out of sync with how vibrant he felt. His goal was to soften harsh lines and bring back smoother, more youthful contour to the forehead, while still maintaining natural movement and a masculine aesthetic.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
This transformation was part of a comprehensive i360 Full Face rejuvenation. To address the forehead while harmonizing the entire face, we used a combination of dermal filler and Botox in the following areas:

• Forehead – Filler (Restylane Lyft) to restore contour and projection; Botox to relax expression lines
• Under-eyes and midface – For support and brightening
• Cheeks – To restore volume and lift
• Marionette lines and jowling – To soften shadows and contour the lower face
• Lips and nose – For subtle refinement and balance
• Parotid glands – Botox to reduce fullness and enhance facial slimming
• Platysma bands – Botox to smooth neck tension and lower face heaviness

THE OUTCOME
His forehead now appears smoother, gently lifted, and better balanced with the rest of his features. The combination of filler and Botox created a refreshed, contoured look—without stiffness or shine. These subtle changes also elevated the brow position and softened his overall expression, helping him look more rested and confident. The result is completely natural, with no single area standing out—just a brighter, more youthful version of himself.
