ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This patient in his 40s came to MFI seeking a refreshed, confident appearance that reflected how youthful and fit he feels on the inside. As a competitive bodybuilder, he had experienced noticeable facial volume loss over time — especially in the upper third of the face, where his forehead had developed a visibly concave shape. He wanted a more structured, youthful contour while still maintaining natural-looking results. 

After learning about MFI’s advanced approach and seeing a friend’s transformation, he decided to begin his own journey — starting with correcting the concavity in his forehead.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
We began his transformation with Forehead Filler, strategically placed to smooth static lines and correct the central concavity. This treatment restored a more convex and youthful upper facial shape while preserving natural movement. To further refine the result, Botoxwas used to soften forehead expression lines, creating a relaxed, refreshed look.

From there, the patient underwent full-face rejuvenation as part of our i360 Full Face Package, designed to restore volume, enhance structure, and support long-term harmony across all thirds of the face:

Under Eye Filler: Addressed under eye hollowness and volume loss in the tear troughs, helping the patient look more rested and energized. This also created a smoother transition from the lower eyelid to the cheeks.

Midface & Cheek Filler: Restored lost volume in the cheeks using hyaluronic acid and calcium-based fillers. This lifted the midface and improved facial proportions while supporting the under-eye and nasolabial areas.

Chin Augmentation: Dermal filler was used to build projection and refine the chin shape, contributing to overall facial balance and masculine definition.

Jawline Contouring: Filler was layered along the mandibular border to sharpen the jawline and reduce the appearance of jowling — enhancing the lower third with clean, defined angles.

Marionette Line Correction: Volume was carefully placed to soften the shadows and folds that extend from the corners of the mouth, creating a smoother, uplifted appearance.

Treatment was completed using a combination of Juvederm Voluma, Restylane, Restylane Lyft, and Radiesse, customized to support structure, lift, and longevity.
