ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This dynamic woman in her 50's came to MFI seeking a refreshed, natural-looking result. One of her main concerns was a slight concavity in her forehead, which subtly affected the balance and harmony of her facial profile. She was also beginning to notice changes in her midface and lower face — including under eye volume loss, early jowling, and lines around the mouth — but wanted to look like herself, just more well-rested and rejuvenated.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
To address her goals, we designed a phased, custom rejuvenation plan with an emphasis on restoring volume in the forehead while also supporting other key facial zones. Her treatment plan included:

Forehead Filler (Concavity Correction): Dermal filler was strategically placed to restore volume and create a smoother, more balanced forehead contour above the brow.

Midface Rejuvenation: Filler was used to lift and restore volume in the cheeks, enhancing structure and softening shadows under the eyes.

Under Eye Filler: Targeted filler brightened and smoothed the tear trough area to reduce the appearance of dark circles and fatigue.

Lower Face Contouring: Marionette lines and early jowling were softened with filler to smooth the jawline and restore youthful definition.

Lip Filler: Subtle enhancement created a naturally fuller lip without the need for overlining.

Botox: Used to relax facial muscles and smooth expression lines, enhancing the overall refreshed appearance.

This comprehensive plan was completed over multiple sessions for optimal precision and beautifully natural results.

THE OUTCOME
The result is a harmonious, lifted, and youthful appearance—starting with the transformation of her forehead, which now looks smooth and naturally contoured.
