ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This early-30s patient came to MFI seeking a more mature, defined look — and was especially curious about how filler could address the concave shape of his forehead. The indentation and shadowing in this area made him appear older and more tired than he felt. Inspired by what was possible with dermal fillers, he decided to undergo a full facial assessment to explore a more balanced, confident profile.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
To address the patient’s primary concern — the concave appearance of the forehead — Dr. Mabrie used 2 syringes of dermal filler to add volume to the central upper face. This helped project the forehead forward slightly, softening the overall appearance and restoring youthful roundness to the upper third of the face.
