Before And After Crow's Feet Case 1298
ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This patient, a woman in her mid-40s, came to Mabrie Facial Institute seeking a refined solution after four previous rhinoplasty surgeries. While her nose had a solid structural foundation, she remained bothered by lingering asymmetries—particularly a subtle unevenness in the nasal bridge and a visible imbalance in the nostril rims, with the left sitting noticeably higher than the right. Understandably, she hoped to avoid another surgery. Her goal: to restore smoothness, symmetry, and natural balance—without returning to the operating room.
MFI TREATMENT PLAN
This was a delicate revision case, treated using our Signature Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty approach. Over the course of two carefully staged visits, Dr. Mabrie used Restylane dermal filler to:
Smooth and refine the nasal bridge, creating a more even profile line
Lower the left alar rim to improve nostril symmetry and overall balance
Because the patient had a surgical history, we used a light, precise technique to monitor how her tissues responded across visits. This thoughtful, layered approachallowed us to shape results gradually—with artistry, safety, and surgical respect at the core.
THE OUTCOME
After two visits, her results speak for themselves: a smoother bridge, more symmetrical nostrils, and a profile that now feels like her own. She shared how confident and at ease she feels seeing the natural balance restored—like the nose she was meant to have all along. No surgery, no downtime—just subtle precision that brought everything together. At MFI, we specialize in these kinds of “final touch” refinements—elevated, nuanced transformations that honor the journey and complete the vision.
Every before and after case presented is of an actual patient who has consented to share their results. Images are never retouched, filtered, or AI-enhanced. Results are individual and yours may vary.
