ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This case highlights one of our longtime patients in his late 20s who came to Mabrie Facial Institute looking to refine his profile by addressing fullness under the chin. His primary goal: reduce the appearance of a double chin and enhance chin projection for a more sculpted, chiseled jawline. Having previously worked with us to enhance his nose, cheeks, and under-eyes, this phase of treatment focused on tightening and defining the lower face—bringing balance to his overall facial structure and sharpening his side profile for that extra edge.
 

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
For this treatment, Dr. Mabrie used our signature Illumination 360°™ (i360) approach to create balance, structure, and a more refined profile—without surgery or implants. Using the i360 framework, we built a custom plan focused on restoring harmony across key areas of the face. We began with strategic cheek enhancement to restore midface volume and lift, followed by treatment to the under-eye area to smooth tear trough hollowness. A Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty was performed to refine the nasal contour and bring balance to his profile. To complete the transformation, chin filler was added for subtle projection and definition.

To further address the appearance of a double chin and strengthen the jawline, Dr. Mabrie used a customized combination of dermal fillers—Restylane®, Juvéderm®, and Radiesse®—chosen for their varying densities and structural qualities. By layering these products, we were able to enhance chin projection and create long-lasting support, helping to visually streamline the lower face.
