ABOUT OUR PATIENT

In her 30s, and one of our very own MFI nurses, this patient wanted to improve the appearance of fullness beneath the chin and create a cleaner, more defined transition between her face and neck. Her goal was to move away from a heavier-looking lower face toward a slimmer, more sculpted silhouette, with stronger chin and jawline definition helping minimize the appearance of a double chin.

Rather than treating the area beneath the chin in isolation, her i360 Full Face approach considered the architecture of her entire face. By improving projection, contour, and balance in the surrounding areas, we could reshape the lower third while keeping the result natural and distinctly her.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN

Her i360 Full Face plan was designed to create balance throughout the face, with double chin and lower face refinement as the focus of this case.

• Chin & Lower Face Contouring: A combination of HA filler and Radiesse was used to improve chin projection and strategically build structure through the lower face. Greater projection helps create a cleaner chin-to-neck transition, minimizing the visual appearance of fullness beneath the chin.
• Jawline & Masseter Botox: Lower-face contouring was complemented by Botox to the masseters, helping soften facial width and create a slimmer, more tapered silhouette.
• Cheeks: Filler added supportive midface contour, creating greater balance between the upper and lower face.
• Nose: Filler refined facial proportions and supported harmony between the profile, chin, and surrounding features.
• Upper Face & Lips: Botox softened upper-face expression lines, while lip filler added shape and definition to complement her overall facial proportions.

THE OUTCOME

After 4 years of thoughtfully layered treatment, her lower face appears slimmer, more structured, and more defined, with a cleaner transition beneath the chin. Improved chin projection and surrounding contour create greater separation between the chin, jawline, and neck, reducing the visual impression of a double chin.

Her most recent filler treatment was 6 months before these after photos, making this a beautiful example of an established result rather than an immediate post-treatment change.
