ABOUT THIS PATIENT

This vibrant 40-year-old man came to Mabrie Facial Institute wanting to refresh his appearance and address deep horizontal lines across his forehead, often referred to as “frownies.” While he still felt youthful, these pronounced lines were becoming more noticeable and affecting how he felt about his appearance. His goal was a smoother, refreshed look while maintaining his natural expression.

We created a customized treatment plan using an i360˚ approach, looking beyond the forehead to consider how subtle enhancements throughout the face could create a more balanced result.

• Forehead & Frown Lines: Botox was strategically placed to relax the muscles contributing to his prominent forehead lines and create a smoother appearance.
• Midface & Cheeks: Strategic volume restoration helped support the midface, enhance cheek structure, and create a healthier, more youthful contour.
• Under Eyes: A softer filler was used to rejuvenate the under-eye area, soften hollowing, and create a smoother transition into the cheeks.
