This patient in his 20s wanted a stronger, more masculine chin and jawline with greater definition and structure throughout the lower face. The goal was not simply to add volume, but to refine his natural proportions and create a more sculpted, balanced appearance from every angle.

Using our i360 assessment, we evaluated his facial proportions, projection, angles, and overall balance to determine where subtle structural changes could make the greatest impact. The assessment highlighted the relationship between the chin and jawline as the foundation for a stronger, more masculine lower face.

• Chin Contouring: Thick, structured dermal filler was strategically placed to improve projection and create a stronger foundation for the lower face.
• Jawline Contouring: a dense dermal filler was used to enhance definition and reinforce masculine angles, creating a cleaner, more structured transition from the chin through the jawline.

THE OUTCOME

By strengthening both the chin and jawline, we created a noticeably more defined and masculine facial framework without overpowering his natural features.
