ABOUT OUR PATIENT

This patient in her 20s, who is also a nurse here at MFI, wanted non-surgical jawline contouring to create a slimmer-looking face and a more defined, connected jawline. Her primary concern was the width and definition of her lower face. She wanted a sharper, more sculpted jawline while maintaining her natural, feminine facial proportions.

Rather than simply adding volume, her customized treatment plan combined jawline filler and masseter Botox to address both facial shape and structural definition. By treating the masseter muscles and strategically enhancing the anterior jawline, we were able to refine the architecture of the lower face from multiple angles. The goal was a natural-looking transformation that enhanced her existing features rather than changing them.

Jawline Filler | RHA 4: RHA 4 dermal filler was strategically placed along the anterior jawline to improve definition, structure, and continuity. This non-surgical jawline enhancement helped create a more sculpted, connected contour without making the lower face appear heavy or overfilled.

• Masseter Botox | Facial Slimming: Botox was placed in the masseter muscles to reduce their prominence over time. Masseter Botox for facial slimming can soften a wider or more square lower face, creating a slimmer facial silhouette while allowing the jawline to appear more defined.
• Lip Filler | Restylane: During a separate treatment, Restylane lip filler was used to enhance lip shape and proportion. This subtle lip enhancement complemented her overall facial balance while maintaining a natural appearance.

THE OUTCOME

Comparing her November 2023 before photo with her September 2025 after photo, the lower face appears slimmer, more sculpted, and more defined. The combination of masseter Botox and RHA 4 jawline filler created greater continuity through the jawline and a cleaner, more balanced lower-face contour.
