ABOUT OUR PATIENT

In his 60s, this patient came to us with a concern that carried more than aesthetic weight. He had felt self-conscious about a weak chin for much of his life and wanted greater jawline definition and a stronger, more balanced lower-face profile. His goal was not to look different, but to finally see the structure and definition he had long admired in others.

Every transformation begins with our i360 assessment—a comprehensive evaluation of the face from every angle. Rather than looking at the chin or jawline in isolation, we assess facial proportions, profile, projection, structure, and how each feature relates to the whole. The purpose is to identify where strategic support can create the greatest improvement in balance while preserving what makes the patient look like himself.

For this patient, the assessment revealed that strengthening the chin and defining the jawline together would create a more cohesive lower-face framework.

• Jawline Definition: Dense, structured dermal filler was strategically layered to build support and create cleaner, stronger definition through the lower face.
• Chin Projection and Structure: Firmer filler was used to enhance projection and proportion, providing a stronger anchor for the jawline and improving the balance of his profile.

Rather than creating the result in a single session, we built the transformation over several layering appointments spaced approximately six weeks apart—assessing, refining, and shaping the lower face with intention at each stage.

THE OUTCOME

A stronger, more defined lower face that still feels distinctly his own. Beyond the visible change, the transformation addressed something he had carried with him for decades. He shared that he has never felt more secure and confident in his appearance.
