ABOUT OUR PATIENT

In her 60s, our patient wanted to address lip wrinkles and dryness while creating a fuller, more defined lip. Although she had been hesitant about lip filler for years because of concerns about treating such a sensitive area, she was ultimately ready for a transformation—as long as it remained balanced, polished, and appropriate for her features.

Through our i360 assessment and treatment-planning process, we considered more than lip size. We evaluated her existing shape, proportions, symmetry, movement, and how added volume would complement the surrounding face. From there, we designed a gradual plan to build definition without overwhelming her natural anatomy.

• Bold Lip Filler: Rather than attempting the transformation in a single appointment, dermal filler was strategically layered over treatments spaced approximately six weeks apart. Each session built upon the previous one, allowing us to soften wrinkles, improve hydration, strengthen definition, and create more noticeable fullness with control.

THE OUTCOME

Six months separate these before-and-after photos. Her lips now appear visibly fuller and more defined, with smoother texture, enhanced hydration, and a beautiful glossy quality. The transformation feels intentional rather than overfilled—proof that even a bolder lip can still be natural looking.
