In his 20s, this patient came to MFI seeking a subtle lip enhancement after finding a favorite case in our gallery that reflected the natural aesthetic he wanted for himself. Even when treating only the lips, this whole-face perspective helps us determine how much enhancement will complement the patient’s existing features rather than compete with them.

• Subtle Lip Enhancement: Instead of adding volume all at once, his lips were refined through several carefully layered treatments spaced approximately six weeks apart. This measured approach allowed us to gradually build soft volume, improve symmetry, and maintain a smooth, natural-looking texture.
