ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This vibrant and fitness-focused patient in her early 30's came to us looking to enhance her upper lip while maintaining a natural shape. She hoped to soften a slightly “ducky” appearance caused by filler from a previous provider and achieve a more balanced, refined lip profile — especially from the side view.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
As part of her i360 full-face assessment, our team identified a few key areas to refine and harmonize her overall aesthetic, beginning with the lips. We also added contour to the cheeks and refined the nose.

Corrective Lip Filler Treatment: The patient presented with filler heaviness along the lateral upper lip border, contributing to a projected or “ducky” look. We began by dissolving misplaced product using Hyaluronidase (Hylenex), allowing for a clean foundation before re-treatment. After a 4-week rest period, we carefully added volume to the red body of the upper lip to restore hydration, definition, and softness.

Lip Flip with Botox: A small dose of Botox was placed in the upper lip to enhance lift and complement her filler results.

Cheek Contouring: Strategic filler was added to the cheeks to restore youthful contour and subtly elevate the midface,contributing to facial balance and lip harmony.

Nasal Tip Refinement: As part of her post-surgical maintenance, a small amount of filler was placed to refine and define the nasal tip after rhinoplasty, helping smooth transitions and complete her i360 look.

THE OUTCOME
Her updated lips now appear naturally shaped and more defined, with a noticeable improvement in side profile. This case highlights the power of combining corrective techniques with an artistic eye for proportion. She also received veneers following her treatment, further enhancing her beautiful new smile.
