ABOUT OUR PATIENT
When this lovely patient in her early 60s first visited Mabrie Facial Institute in San Francisco, CA, her main concern was tired-looking under eyes. She wasn’t ready for surgery, but she wanted to look fresher, more youthful, and subtly contoured, without appearing "overdone" or unnatural. After seeing her incredible transformation with under eye filler, she felt inspired to take the next step and address the lower face, specifically marionette lines and early jowling. Her goal was simple but meaningful: to feel more confident and aligned with how vibrant she feels on the inside.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
Using our signature Illumination 360™ approach, our MFI injectors created a personalized plan to rejuvenate her lower face while maintaining natural balance and facial harmony. To soften marionette lines and lift early jowls, we used a strategic combination of dermal fillers including various densities of Restylane®, Restylane® Lyft, Radiesse®, and JUVÉDERM® VOLUMA™. Each product plays a unique role. Voluma and Lyft support deeper structures and lift, Radiesse adds structure and contour, and lighter fillers smooth the skin’s surface. Placement was key. By building support in the midface and subtly contouring the jawline, we could lift downward-pulling volume and restore a more youthful silhouette without chasing lines directly.

THE OUTCOME
After treatment, our patient looked refreshed, elegant, and completely natural. The marionette lines and jowling softened significantly, and her facial shape appeared more sculpted and supported. What we love most is that her results reflect her original goals: fresher, younger, and naturally contoured. Even better? She still looks like herself, just better rested and more radiant.
