ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This patient in his 30s came to us seeking improvement in marionette lines and early jowling, which were creating subtle shadows and a heavier appearance through the lower face. His goal was to look more refreshed and defined—without losing the natural character of his features. We approached his treatment by focusing on lifting and supporting the lower face while maintaining overall harmony.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
As part of our i360 Full Face approach, we addressed both the visible concerns and their underlying structure:

• Marionette Line & Jowling Correction: A combination of advanced hyaluronic acid fillers were used to soften deep lines and restore support along the lower face. By reinforcing key structural areas, we reduced the appearance of sagging and smoothed transitions around the mouth.
• Chin & Jawline Support: Subtle enhancement helped strengthen the lower face framework, improving contour and reducing the visual impact of jowling.
• Midface & Cheek Enhancement: Volume restoration in the cheeks and midface provided lift and support, indirectly improving the lower face by repositioning soft tissue.
• Under Eye Rejuvenation: Treatment to the under eye area reduced shadowing and contributed to a more rested, balanced appearance.
