ABOUT OUR PATIENT

This woman in her 50s came to Mabrie Facial Institute noticing deepening marionette lines and early jowling that were beginning to create heaviness around the mouth and lower face. Rather than simply filling individual lines, her goal was to restore a smoother, more supported lower-face contour while keeping her appearance natural and recognizably her own.

Her transformation began in April 2024 and evolved through a thoughtful, staged treatment plan, with continued refinement and maintenance through November 2025.

Through our i360 Full Face assessment, Dr. Mabrie evaluated her face from multiple angles, looking at how changes in the midface, cheeks, under eyes, lips, chin, and jawline contributed to shadows and heaviness around the mouth. Rather than chasing the marionette lines alone, her plan combined direct correction with strategic support throughout the face.

• Marionette Lines & Jowling: Supportive filler softened the creases beside the mouth and improved contour through the prejowl and jawline.
• Midface & Cheeks: More structured filler restored supportive volume and helped rebalance the lower face.

THE OUTCOME

Comparing her April 2024 before photo to November 2025, the improvement is subtle, natural, and beautifully maintained. Her marionette lines are softer, early jowling is less prominent, and the transition from the corners of the mouth into the chin and jawline appears smoother and better supported.
