ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This woman in her 50s came to Mabrie Facial Institute concerned about early jowling and deepening marionette lines, which were creating heaviness through the lower face. Her goal was to soften these shadows and restore a smoother, more youthful jawline while still looking completely natural.

Her transformation reflects a thoughtful, layered approach over time. Beginning in April 2024, Dr. Mabrie designed a comprehensive facial balancing plan. As her treatment progressed through September 2024 and into November 2025, additional refinement focused on restoring structure to the midface, cheeks, and under-eye area, helping support the lower face and brighten her overall appearance.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
This patient was treated with a customized i360 Full Face approach using dermal filler and Botox to rebalance facial structure and soften aging changes.

• Marionette Lines & Jowling: Targeted filler softened the creases beside the mouth while improving jawline contour, reducing the appearance of early jowling.
• Midface & Cheek Filler: Volume was restored to the cheeks to rebuild structural support in the midface. This subtle lift helps redistribute facial weight and naturally improves lower-face contours.
• Under Eye Filler: Carefully placed filler smoothed hollowness beneath the eyes, reducing shadowing and creating a brighter, more rested appearance.
• Lip Filler: A small amount of filler refined lip balance and softness to complement the surrounding rejuvenation.
• Botox (DAO & Masseters): Botox relaxed downward-pulling muscles near the mouth and softened the lower face, helping maintain a smoother, lifted expression.

THE OUTCOME
Over the course of treatment from 2024 to 2025, her results evolved beautifully. By restoring support in the cheeks and midface and brightening the under-eye area, the lower face appears lighter and more lifted.
