This lovely patient in her 60s came to us concerned with sagging in her lower face, particularly the appearance of jowls and heaviness around her mouth. She wanted to smooth these changes and restore a more youthful contour to her jawline without surgery.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
As part of her customized rejuvenation plan, Dr. Mabrie used a combination of filler and BOTOX to restore structure, balance, and softness.

• Restylane, a soft smooth filler, was placed at the sides of her mouth to soften marionette lines and lift the corners.
• Juvederm Volux was used along the jawline to improve definition, smooth pre-jowl heaviness, and create a cleaner contour.
• BOTOX was placed in the chin to relax the mentalis muscle, softening tension and improving overall harmony.
