ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This patient in her 50s came to MFI seeking non-surgical facial rejuvenation, specifically hoping to address the marionette lines and early jowling that had begun to change the shape of her lower face. She noticed a “pulled-down” appearance around her mouth and jawline, and felt these areas made her look more tired than she felt. Her goal was to restore a smoother, more lifted look — while still looking like herself.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
This transformation was part of our i360 Full Face Rejuvenation approach, with special emphasis on her Marionette Lines & Jowling — designed to redefine the jawline, smooth vertical folds, and restore youthful lower-face contours.

• Marionette Lines & Jowling: Strategic dermal filler was used to smooth the folds that extended from the corners of the mouth and improve skin laxity along the jawline, restoring clean lower-face definition.
• Cheek Filler (Juvederm Voluma): Restored midface volume to lift the cheeks and reduce downward pull, contributing to overall lower-face support.
• Under Eye Filler (Restylane): Softened shadowing and signs of fatigue beneath the eyes for a refreshed appearance.
• Forehead Filler: address volume in the forehead where there was a slight concavity above the brow line.  
• Botox (Forehead): Smoothed expression lines and helped elevate the brows for subtle upper-face balance.
• Nasal Bridge Refinement: Filler was placed to smooth the nasal bridge and subtly enhance profile harmony.

THE OUTCOME
The before-and-after speaks for itself: the marionette lines are significantly softened, and the jawline now appears more sculpted and youthful. Our patient was thrilled to see these changes without surgery and loves how natural and refreshed she looks. She plans to maintain her results with follow-up visits every 6 to 9 months.
