ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This patient in his late 50s flew from Texas to MFI seeking a solution for prominent nasolabial folds — even at rest — that gave his face a tired and heavy appearance. He had recently lost a significant amount of weight and was looking for a way to restore volume and structure without surgery. His primary concern was softening the etched folds that ran from the sides of his nose to the corners of his mouth, while also improving the overall balance and contour of his face.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
Dr. Mabrie designed a multi-session plan tailored to address volume loss, structural support, and age-related changesusing dermal filler. The treatments were performed over three visits spanning ten months and included:

Cheek & Midface Filler
A supportive filler was used to rebuild volume in the midface and cheeks, which not only lifted the face but also softened the appearance of the nasolabial folds by restoring foundational support.

Nasolabial Fold Filler
Filler was used to directly treat the folds themselves, with careful blending into surrounding areas to maintain a smooth, natural transition.

Under Eye Rejuvenation
A smoother filler was used to address hollowing and volume loss beneath the eyes, which further improved the overall harmony and rested appearance of the face.

Lower Face Filler (Marionette Lines & Jawline)
Additional filler was used to support the corners of the mouth and reduce jowling, straightening and defining the jawline while lifting sagging skin — part of our Marionette & Jowling Package.
