ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This vibrant patient in her 30s came to us hoping to soften the deepening lines and shadows that had begun to form along her nasolabial folds. These etched creases — the folds that run from the sides of the nose to the corners of the mouth— were making her look more tired than she felt. She was seeking a refreshed look that still felt like her — natural, lifted, and balanced.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
To achieve her goals, we designed a personalized treatment using our Midface & Under Eye treatment, with a primary focus on smoothing the nasolabial folds while restoring volume and light to the midface.

Nasolabial Fold Filler: Strategic dermal filler was placed along the folds to soften their appearance and reduce shadowing, creating a smoother, more refreshed lower face.

Under Eye Filler: Hyaluronic acid-based filler was added to the tear troughs to diminish dark circles and under eye hollows, subtly brightening her expression.

Midface Rejuvenation: Small amounts of filler were also placed in the cheeks to restore structure and lift, enhancing overall facial harmony and supporting the under eye area.

Together, these treatments work to support one another — lifting, illuminating, and redefining key facial contours for a naturally refreshed result.
