ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This young woman in her 20s came to MFI feeling self-conscious about the shape and proportions of her nose. For years, she had been bothered by a rounded nasal tip and a short columella that drew attention to her flared nostrils — features that made her feel her nose appeared overly prominent in profile and unbalanced from the front. This was her first time exploring any kind of treatment, and while she was excited for change, she was also concerned about looking overly "done" or unnatural.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
During her Illumination 360° assessment, we noted how light broke at the nasal bridge and pooled shadow around the nostrils and tip — interrupting facial flow. Our goal was to restore a smooth, continuous light line through subtle architectural refinement.

Dr. Mabrie designed a non-surgical rhinoplasty plan using dermal fillers to enhance harmony without surgery:

Bridge Augmentation: Filler was placed along the nasal bridge to create a straighter, more sculpted profile.

Columella Enhancement: Product was added to elongate the nose, improve projection, and soften nostril flare.

Nasal Tip Refinement: Filler was carefully placed to lift and define the tip, creating a more delicate contour and enhancing overall nose balance.

This treatment is part of our signature Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty offering, focused on reshaping structure and restoring visual balance. All sessions were spaced over time to ensure symmetry and natural-looking results.

THE OUTCOME
The patient was thrilled with her transformation — especially how natural and harmonious her results appeared. By sculpting the bridge, columella, and tip, Dr. Mabrie was able to create the illusion of a smaller, more refined nose without surgery. Even though filler technically adds volume, the right technique allows us to subtract visual distraction.
