ABOUT OUR PATIENT

This patient in her 50s came to Mabrie Facial Institute wanting greater definition and projection through her nose without undergoing surgery. Her naturally lower nasal bridge created a flatter profile and less distinction between the bridge and tip. She wanted a nose that looked more sculpted and refined, with increased bridge height and subtle tip definition, while preserving the natural characteristics of her face.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN

For her Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty, we evaluated the nose from the front, profile, and three-quarter views, paying particular attention to how light and shadow defined the bridge and tip. The goal was not to dramatically change her nose, but to strategically build structure where it would create greater height, definition, and continuity.

Different filler textures were selected according to the amount of support and precision needed in each area:

• Nasal Bridge: A firmer, supportive hyaluronic acid filler was carefully placed to build height along the bridge, creating a straighter, more defined dorsal contour and stronger profile.
• Nasal Tip: Precise placement of a more flexible hyaluronic acid filler enhanced tip definition and projection, creating a subtly lifted and more refined appearance.
• Overall Nasal Contour: Treatment was carefully balanced to create a smooth transition from the upper bridge through the tip while maintaining proportions that complement her natural facial features.

THE OUTCOME

Her nose now appears more projected, defined, and sculpted, with a noticeable improvement in bridge height and tip contour. From the profile, the bridge has greater presence and a smoother, more continuous line, while the tip appears more refined and subtly elevated.

The added structure also improves how light reflects along the nose, giving it greater dimension without making it appear overtreated. The result is elegant, balanced, and natural-looking, creating meaningful profile enhancement while preserving the features that make her uniquely her.
