Before And After Non Surgical Rhinoplasty Case 1270
ABOUT OUR PATIENT
In her late 30s, this patient came to MFI looking to refine the results of a previous surgical rhinoplasty done over 10 years ago. Although her initial procedure successfully reduced a nasal hump, she had since noticed that her nose appeared sunken when smiling, and the tip seemed to drop, impacting the overall balance of her profile. She wanted a subtle, natural-looking correction without undergoing a second surgery.
MFI TREATMENT PLAN
Her transformation was part of our i360 Full Face approach, ensuring the nose was treated in harmony with her overall facial structure. The focus for this visit was a non-surgical rhinoplasty, performed with Restylane-L, a hyaluronic acid-based dermal filler.
Nasal Bridge Refinement: Filler was placed to smooth post-surgical irregularities and enhance symmetry, restoring a clean contour.
Tip Support and Lift: Additional filler was used to lift and reinforce the nasal tip, reducing the downward pull during animation (especially when smiling).
While the nose was the primary concern, every enhancement was designed to support full-face balance.
THE OUTCOME
Her profile is now smooth, lifted, and beautifully proportioned. The nasal bridge appears symmetrical and refined, and the tip holds its shape naturally during expression, correcting the "sunken" effect she once saw in photos. Best of all, she achieved her goals without a second surgery. Her result is subtle but powerful, precisely the kind of elegant enhancement MFI’s i360 approach is known for.
