ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This patient in his 30s came to MFI ahead of a major life moment — his upcoming wedding. While he was generally comfortable with his frontal view, he had long felt self-conscious about his profile. His main concerns were a visible dorsal hump along the nasal bridge and a downturned nasal tip, both of which gave the nose a shape that didn’t align with his ideal. 

His goal: a straighter, more sculpted bridge and a lifted tip that would enhance symestry from every angle — especially in photos.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
This transformation was achieved with a Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty using dermal filler (Restylane). The treatment focused on:

• Dorsal hump camouflage & bridge augmentation
  Filler was precisely placed along the nasal bridge to create a smooth, straightened profile and elevate the overall nasal contour.
• Tip rotation and lift
  Subtle filler placement was used to rotate and refine the nasal tip, reducing downward projection and balancing proportions.
• Contour harmonization
  Irregularities were addressed to improve symmetry and refine how light interacts with the nasal structure — all without surgery.

THE OUTCOME
With carefully placed filler, the nose now appears straighter, more defined, and proportionate to the rest of his features. Most importantly, it reflects how he wants to feel heading into his wedding day — confident and camera-ready from every angle.
