ABOUT OUR PATIENT
In his 30s, this patient came to MFI looking to create the appearance of a smaller, smoother nose without surgery. His primary concern was contour irregularities along the nasal bridge that drew attention away from the overall balance of his features. He was also interested in improving the appearance of under eyehollowness and facial support to create a more rested, refreshed look.
MFI TREATMENT PLAN
Designed with facial harmony in mind, his treatment plan focused on refining profile lines while enhancing the surrounding structures that influence how the face is perceived as a whole. This patient underwent a Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty along with our Midface & Under Eye treatment as part of a customized i360 facial balancing approach.
- Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty: Strategic filler placement was used to smooth contour irregularities along the nasal bridge and create cleaner, more refined profile lines. By improving the flow of the nose, the result creates the illusion of a smaller, more balanced appearance without surgery.
- Midface Enhancement: Carefully placed filler provided structural support through the cheeks and midface, helping restore balance and improve overall facial proportions.
- Under Eye Rejuvenation: Treatment beneath the eyes softened hollowness and shadowing, creating a brighter, more refreshed appearance while blending seamlessly with the surrounding facial contours.
THE OUTCOME
Over the course of two treatments, this patient achieved a smoother, more streamlined nasal profile while maintaining a natural masculine appearance. The addition of midface and under eye support further enhanced facial balance, helping light move more evenly across the face.
