Before And After Non Surgical Rhinoplasty Case 707

ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This patient in her early 30s had a surgical rhinoplasty with another surgeon when she was 19. She wanted to improve her results, in particular she felt that her tip was “droopy” (turned downward). She wanted to avoid a second rhinoplasty surgery and hope that non surgical rhinoplasty could help.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
Dr. Mabrie performed a non surgical rhinoplasty using filler to lift her nasal tip. Filler was also placed along the bridge to straighten the nose and give it some height for a stronger profile. Restylane-L was used due to its density and malleability for the nose. 

THE OUTCOME
Not needing another surgery - our patient is ecstatic with her results! Results occurred over two treatments one month apart. Maintenance is easy - she comes in once a year to keep her results looking fresh!
