ABOUT OUR PATIENT

This patient in his 20s came to Mabrie Facial Institute wanting to refine the shape of his nose without surgery. His primary concern was a small dorsal hump that interrupted the smooth line of his profile. He wanted a straighter, more defined nasal contour, but discretion was especially important. His goal was for the improvement to be noticeable to him without looking like he had “work done.”

As part of his broader facial balancing journey, we also considered how the nose related to his chin, jawline, cheeks, midface, and under eyes, ensuring the final result remained distinctly masculine and proportional.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN

With our i360 Full Face approach, we assessed the nose from the front, profile, and three-quarter views, paying close attention to the relationship between the bridge, tip, and surrounding facial structure. Instead of trying to reduce the hump, nonsurgical rhinoplasty uses carefully placed filler to reshape the contours around it, creating the visual effect of a straighter, smoother nose.

• Nasal Bridge: Strategic filler placement above and around the existing hump created a smoother, more continuous dorsal line.
• Nasal Tip: Subtle filler added definition and improved the transition from bridge to tip while maintaining masculine proportions.
• Full Face Balance: Refinements to the chin, jawline, cheeks, midface, and under eyes helped create harmony between the nose and the rest of his facial structure.

THE OUTCOME

His nose now appears straighter, smoother, and more refined, with the dorsal hump significantly less noticeable and a cleaner transition through the bridge and tip. Importantly, the nose still looks completely natural to his face.
