This lovely patient in her 50s came to Mabrie Facial Institute hoping to finally achieve the refreshed, youthful under eye appearance she originally envisioned. Before coming to us, she had received treatment at another practice but felt disappointed with the outcome. Instead of looking rested, she noticed visible puffiness and unevenness beneath the eyes, which left her feeling frustrated and self-conscious. Her goal was not to look dramatically different—she simply wanted to restore a smoother, softer under eye appearance that looked natural and reflected how vibrant she felt inside.

Following her Illumination 360°™ assessment, a customized correction plan was created to carefully rebuild the under eye area while restoring natural facial harmony. Treatment focused on both correction and rejuvenation for the most balanced result.

• Under Eye rejuvenation: Once dissolved, small, precise layers of dermal filler were strategically placed to soften hollowness and create a smoother transition beneath the eyes.
• Midface support: Filler was also added to the midface and cheeks to restore structure and naturally support the under eye area for longer-lasting, seamless results.
