ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This dynamic business owner in her 50s came to us wanting to look refreshed and well-rested. She wasn’t necessarily trying to turn back the clock—she just wanted to restore balance and definition to her face. Her main concerns were under-eye bags and dark circles that made her look more tired than she felt. She also noticed some volume loss in her cheeks, puppet lines around her mouth, and early jowling. To add to that, she tended to overline her lips with makeup to create a fuller look. She wanted a natural enhancement that would keep her looking like herself—just a more rejuvenated version.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
At Mabrie Facial Institute, we take a holistic approach to facial contouring, and this patient was the perfect candidate for our signature treatment plan. Dr. Mabrie used a combination of dermal fillers—Restylane®, JUVÉDERM®, and Radiesse®—to restore lost volume and improve definition. Strategic placement of filler under the eyes softened the appearance of bags and dark circles, while midface contouring lifted and enhanced her cheeks for a more youthful structure. We also addressed the lower face by treating the puppet lines and subtly contouring the jawline to reduce jowling. To refine everything further, BOTOX® was used to relax wrinkles and smooth her overall look. Rather than completing everything in one session, we took a phased approach, performing the treatments over several visits to ensure precision, optimal results, and a natural, gradual transformation.
