ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This patient in his 20s wanted to address under eye bags and dark circles that created shadows and made his eyes appear more tired than he felt. His goal was a brighter, smoother, more refreshed appearance while maintaining his natural features. As part of his broader facial transformation, we also refined the midface, cheeks, chin, and jawline to create stronger overall balance and masculine definition.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
Using our i360 approach, we considered how the under eyes, cheeks, midface, and lower face work together to influence facial balance and the way light moves across the face. Treatment was developed gradually over multiple sessions, spaced approximately six weeks apart, allowing us to build, assess, and refine the result with precision.

• Under Eye Rejuvenation: Carefully placed filler softened hollowness and shadows beneath the eyes, improving the appearance of under-eye bags and dark circles for a brighter, more rested gaze.
• Midface & Cheek Rejuvenation: Strategic support through the cheeks and midface restored natural contour and helped create a smoother transition into the under-eye area. This added structure supports the under eye result without creating an overfilled appearance.
• Chin Projection: Dense, structured support enhanced projection and definition, while Botox relaxed the chin muscle for a smoother contour.
• Jawline Contouring: Subtle structural refinement complemented the chin and strengthened the architecture of the lower face.
