ABOUT OUR PATIENT

At 49, this patient wanted to look more rested and refreshed, with special attention to her under eye bags and dark circles. Volume changes beneath the eyes were creating visible shadowing and an uneven transition into the cheeks, making the eye area appear more tired than she felt. Her goal was not to change her features, but to restore smoother contours and a brighter, more rejuvenated appearance. Because the under eyes are influenced by the proportions and support of the face around them, we approached her treatment with a broader perspective—refining key areas while keeping her natural features at the center of the design.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN

We began with our i360 Full Face Analysis, a comprehensive assessment that considers the face from every angle. We evaluated volume, proportion, contour, and the relationship between individual features to create a treatment plan that addressed her under-eye concerns while supporting overall facial harmony.

• Under Eyes: Hyaluronic acid filler was carefully placed to restore lost volume, soften visible hollowness and shadowing, and create a smoother transition beneath the eyes. The goal was a rested appearance without heaviness or an overfilled look.
• Lips: Hyaluronic acid filler was used to subtly restore shape and volume, creating soft definition that remained balanced with her natural features.
• Chin: Strategic filler placement refined chin shape and projection, helping create greater proportion through the lower face.
• Jawline: Hyaluronic acid filler enhanced structure and contour along the jawline, bringing additional definition and balance to her facial framework.

THE OUTCOME
