ABOUT OUR PATIENT

After having her last child, this patient in her 50s felt like she hadn’t slept in ages. The heaviness and bags beneath her eyes left her looking more tired than she felt, making the under-eye area her primary concern. She was also bothered by fine vertical lines above her upper lip, often referred to as “smoker’s lines,” even though she doesn’t smoke, and wanted to restore beautiful shape and subtle volume to her lips.

Although she had experienced filler and facial threading in the past, she came to MFI ready for a more thoughtful, comprehensive approach. Rather than treating each concern in isolation, we looked at how the under eyes, midface, lips, and facial contours work together through our Illumination 360° full-face approach. The goal was not to change her face, but to restore support, improve balance, and help her look naturally refreshed.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN

Her transformation began with our Midface & Under-Eye Package, with additional areas treated over time as part of a customized Illumination 360° full-face plan.

Under Eyes | Restylane: Carefully placed filler helped soften under-eye hollowness and the appearance of bags, creating a smoother transition from the lower eyelid into the cheek and a more rested appearance.

Midface & Cheekbones | Voluma: Strategic cheek and midface support restored natural contour and provided a stronger foundation for the under-eye correction. By rebuilding support through the midface, light reflects more smoothly across the face.

Lips & Oral Commissures | Restylane: Treatment restored shape and natural-looking volume to the lips while softening fine lines and supporting the corners of the mouth.

Chin & Jawline | Restylane Lyft: As her treatment progressed, we added structure through the chin and jawline to create greater definition and bring the lower face into balance with the refreshed midface.

THE OUTCOME

These before-and-after photos were taken approximately six months apart, beautifully demonstrating both the transformation and longevity of her midface and under-eye treatment. Her under-eyes appear smoother and more refreshed, helping her look less tired without looking over-treated. She also loves the renewed shape and volume of her lips.
