This lovely woman in her late 40s came to Mabrie Facial Institute feeling frustrated by persistent under eye bags, hollowness, and dark circles that made her appear tired even when she was well-rested. Despite using makeup to conceal the area, she felt the heaviness and shadows beneath her eyes were becoming increasingly noticeable.

She wanted a brighter, smoother, and more refreshed under-eye appearance without undergoing surgery. Her goal was to soften the tired look while maintaining her natural facial features and expressions.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN

Using MFI's i360 Full Face assessment, our injectors evaluated the relationship between her under eyes, midface, and cheeks to understand how volume loss and surrounding facial contours contributed to the appearance of under-eye bags and dark circles.

Rather than treating the under eyes in isolation, the approach focused on restoring support in the surrounding areas before carefully refining the delicate tear trough region.

• Under Eyes: A soft, flexible hyaluronic acid filler was carefully placed in the tear troughs to restore lost volume, soften hollowness, and minimize the shadows that contributed to her tired appearance.
• Midface & Cheeks: Strategic dermal filler placement provided additional support beneath the under-eye area, helping create a smoother transition between the lower eyelids and cheeks.
• Gradual Refinement: Treatment was performed over several sessions, allowing our injectors to carefully build volume and assess her results along the way. This conservative approach helped avoid overfilling and maintain a smooth, natural contour.
