ABOUT OUR PATIENT
In her early 50s, this patient came to MFI seeking a solution for the persistent under eye hollowness that left her looking more tired than she felt. Despite being energetic and well-rested, she felt her reflection told a different story. Her primary goal: a refreshed, natural look — without surgery or an overdone appearance.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
This transformation was part of our i360˚ Full Face (Non-Surgical Facelift) package — a comprehensive approach to restoring facial harmony from top to bottom, with the under eye area as a focal point.

We began by first resetting her foundation. The patient had previously received filler under her eyes elsewhere, which led to puffiness and uneven texture. We performed a dissolving session using Hylenex to clear out prior product and create a clean slate for precise reshaping.

Once the area had settled, we custom-designed her treatment using:

Juvederm Voluma in the midface to restore volume and lift in the cheeks — a crucial step for subtly elevating and supporting the under eye area from below.

Restylane in the tear troughs to soften hollowness and blur the transition between her lower eyelids and cheeks, creating a smooth, rested appearance.

Filler in the lower face — including the marionette lines, chin, and jawline — to address shadowing, volume loss, and restore structural balance to the lower third of the face.

This transformation took place over multiple visits, allowing the filler to settle naturally before we fine-tuned placement for the most seamless result.

THE OUTCOME
The result is a beautiful example of sculptural refinement. Her under eye shadows are significantly reduced, her face looks brighter and more at ease, and her overall look feels refreshed — not overdone. Enhancing the lower face helped restore harmony and subtly lift the entire profile. She’s thrilled with her new reflection, and the best part? No one can pinpoint exactly what changed… only that she looks really good.
