ABOUT OUR PATIENT
In her 40s, this stunning patient came to MFI ready for a thoughtful refresh, with her primary concern focused on under eye hollows and dark circles that made her look more tired than she felt. As a long-time follower of our work, she was drawn to results that felt naturally sculpted, never overdone. While the under eye area was her main priority, she was also interested in enhancing overall facial contour and definition, particularly through the lower face and jawline. Together, we designed a plan rooted in our i360 Full Face approach—where treating one area beautifully means considering the entire face.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
Using our i360 Full Face method, we created a layered approach to brighten, support, and sculpt:

• Under Eye Filler: A customized blend of Restylane, RHA Collection, and Radiesse was used to smooth hollows, reduce dark shadowing, and restore light reflection beneath the eyes—creating a more awake, refreshed appearance.
• Midface Support (Cheek Filler): Added structure and subtle lift to the cheeks to support the under eye area, allowing for seamless blending and natural contour.
• Jawline Filler: Enhanced definition and structure to create a more refined, sculpted profile.
• Masseter & Parotid Botox (Facial Slimming): Relaxed key muscles to reduce lower face fullness and create a softer, more tapered silhouette.
