ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This patient in her 60s came to MFI concerned about under eye bags, dark circles, and a tired appearance that no longer reflected how vibrant she felt. Over time, volume loss beneath the eyes and changes through the midface had created heavier shadows and a fatigued look, even when well rested. Her goal was a refreshed, natural result — not to look different, but to look brighter, smoother, and more energized.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
Treatment focused on under eye rejuvenation

  • Under Eye and Midface - carefully placed dermal filler was used to soften hollowness, reduce the appearance of dark circles, and create smoother transitions between the lower eyelids and cheeks. Rather than simply filling lines, the approach was designed architecturally to restore support beneath the eyes and improve how light reflects across the face.

To further enhance the result, surrounding facial balancing techniques were used to support the midface and create a softer, more rested appearance overall. Every adjustment was measured and conservative, ensuring the outcome remained elegant, natural, and age-appropriate.

THE OUTCOME
Shown here from November 2019 to December 2025, this long-term transformation highlights the power of thoughtful, strategic facial rejuvenation over time. The under eye area appears smoother, brighter, and significantly less shadowed, while the overall face looks more rested and refreshed without appearing overdone.

The result preserves her natural beauty while restoring a lighter, more energized expression — proof that subtle changes, carefully designed, can create a meaningful difference in how the entire face is perceived.
