ABOUT OUR PATIENT

In her 50s, this patient wanted to address under eye hollowness and midface changes that contributed to a tired appearance. These areas were treated as part of her larger, staged full face rejuvenation. Guided by our Illumination Full Face Assessment, we considered how restoring support through the midface could improve the transition into the under eyes while maintaining harmony with her previously treated lower face and lips.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN

Her under eye and midface contouring was a later stage of her comprehensive full face treatment, designed to build upon the structure and balance already created.

• Midface Contouring: RHA 4 and Restylane filler were used to restore supportive contour through the midface, helping create smoother transitions and more balanced facial proportions.
• Under Eye Rejuvenation: Strategic filler treatment softened the appearance of under eye hollowness, creating a smoother transition from the lower eyelid into the cheek and a more rested appearance.

Staged Full Face Approach: This treatment followed earlier refinement of the chin, jawline, marionette lines, lips, masseters, chin, and DAOs. Each stage was designed with the whole face in mind rather than treating individual features in isolation.

THE OUTCOME

Shown approximately 19 months apart, her transformation reveals a smoother, more supported midface and a fresher, more rested under eye appearance. The added structure brings greater continuity to the face as a whole, creating a rejuvenated result that feels balanced, refined, and natural.
