In his 40s, this patient was concerned that weight loss had left him with more noticeable under eye bags, dark circles, and hollowing, creating a tired appearance that didn't reflect how he felt. His goal was to restore a healthier transition between the lower eyelids and cheeks while maintaining a natural, masculine look.
