ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This beautiful patient in her mid-to-late 20s came to us concerned about hollowness beneath her eyes. Even though she was young and healthy, the volume loss in her under eye area created shadows that made her look tired and less vibrant than she felt. She wanted to know what could be done to brighten her eyes and restore a refreshed, well-rested appearance without surgery.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
Dr. Mabrie designed a customized treatment plan to address both the under-eye hollowness and the underlying support that contributes to it.

• Juvederm Voluma was placed in the midface and cheeks, providing structure and lift to support the under eye area. By restoring volume here, the transition from the cheeks to the eyes was softened, reducing shadows and creating a smoother contour.
• Restylane was carefully placed in the under eyes to directly address hollowness, filling in tear troughs and brightening the area.

This combined approach treated both the cause (midface volume loss) and the symptom (under eye hollows), giving her the best, most natural result.

THE OUTCOME
