ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This patient in her mid-40s came to us seeking correction after filler placed under the eyes at another office left her with an unnatural blue tint — a common side effect known as the Tyndall effect. Her primary goal was to restore a refreshed, well-rested appearance and regain confidence in her results.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
As part of her i360˚ Full Face (Illumination 360˚) treatment, Dr. Mabrie created a personalized plan to safely correct and enhance her under eyes while supporting overall facial balance:

• Filler Dissolver (Hyaluronidase): Two rounds of Hylenex were used to dissolve the previously placed filler under the eyes, removing the discoloration and unevenness.
• Midface Filler with Voluma: Treatment began with restoring volume in the midface to provide structural support for the under eyes. This step helps smooth the transition between the lower eyelid and cheek, creating a more natural, youthful contour.
• Under Eye Filler with Restylane: Once the foundation was in place, under eye volume was carefully restored using Restylane over two appointments. This filler is ideal for delicate areas like the tear troughs, where precision is key for smooth, natural results.

THE OUTCOME
