ABOUT OUR PATIENT

This handsome patient in his late 30s came to Mabrie Facial Institute with one primary concern: under eye bulging when smiling. He wanted his eyes to appear smoother, more open, and refreshed without changing his natural expression. During his consultation, we took an i360˚ approach to evaluate his entire face and identify how subtle enhancements could work together to create a more balanced, rejuvenated appearance.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN

We designed a customized Non-Surgical Facelift plan with the under eye area as the main focus. Each treatment was strategically selected to complement the next and create a smoother, more balanced appearance.

• Under Eyes: Botox was used to relax the underlying muscle contributing to the appearance of bulging when smiling, while filler was used to smooth the under-eye area and soften the transition into the midface.
• Midface & Cheeks: Strategic volume restoration helped support the under eye area, improve facial contours, and create a smoother transition through the midface.
• Lower Face: Chin and oral commissure rejuvenation helped improve facial balance, restore subtle support, and refine the lower-face proportions.
• Botox: Botox to the forehead, frown lines, crow’s feet, under eyes, and chin helped soften dynamic movement and complement the overall rejuvenation.
