This distinguished African American gentleman in his 50s came to Dr. Mabrie at Mabrie Facial Institute seeking a refreshed, more youthful look—without surgery. Additionally, he wanted to refine the shape of his nose—specifically the fuller nasal tip and low bridge—for a more balanced profile. This treatment followed Dr. Mabrie’s i360 approach, with a primary focus on rejuvenating the under-eye area. To address this, Voluma was used in the midface and cheeks to restore structure and support, creating a lift that helped smooth the transition beneath the eyes. Restylane was then placed directly in the tear troughs to soften fine lines and refresh the under-eye contour.

To complement the under-eye and cheek area, a non-surgical rhinoplasty using Restylane was performed to straighten and elevate the nasal bridge while refining the tip.
