Dr. Mabrie is hands down the best plastic surgeon for injections and facial contouring I have ever met — and I’ve seen many board-certified plastic surgeons over the years. From the moment I walked in, his office operated flawlessly. The level of care is exceptional — they genuinely care about you more than you care about yourself. I spent close to three hours at the office, and more than half of that time was dedicated to thoughtful conversation and careful examination. Dr. Mabrie took the time to truly understand my face, my concerns, and my goals, making sure I felt completely comfortable and confident before proceeding. Nothing felt rushed, and nothing felt transactional. A very special call-out to Lindsey, his assistant. She truly understands Dr. Mabrie’s core values and is able to articulate them beautifully, while also adding her own thoughtful insights. She walked me through every detail with patience and clarity, and even offered new ideas and suggestions that made it clear they are always thinking from the patient’s perspective and striving for the best possible outcome. After speaking with her, I felt even more at ease and confident. The results are natural, refined, and exactly what I was hoping for. I can honestly say I plan to be a lifetime patient. The only downside? I live in the South Bay and their office is in San Francisco — though I keep joking that I should convince them to open a South Bay location. If you’re looking for excellence in injections, facial balance, and contouring, Dr. Mabrie is truly in a league of his own.

The staff at Mabrie are friendly, knowledgeable and have been incredibly helpful in maneuvering me through the world of Botox. Dr Mabrie is a gem. I am very happy to have found this office and can say i am going nowhere else.

From start to finish, Dr. Mabrie and his team were professional, supportive and caring. I was bothered by my nose being asymmetrical and a cartilage bump on one side. I wanted to explore non surgical options and Dr. Mabrie was the highest regarded specialist I could find. The face is his specialty, and he is very, very good. Making the appointment online was easy, got text reminders and a pre-appointment consult with Crystal. She was amazing, answered all my questions and put me at ease. When I arrived for my appointment I was offered a variety of drinks and snacks. Crystal took photos and again answered any questions I had. Dr. Mabrie evaluated my face and came up with a detailed plan. The procedure (filler) was slightly uncomfortable but very tolerable. I can already see the results. I left with a goodie bag and clear instructions. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Mabrie and his team more and I couldn’t be happier!

My experience was absolutely amazing!! Crystal was so welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. This was my first time getting Botox and filler and Dr. Mabrie did an excellent job. All my concerns and questions were addressed and my lip filler results looked exactly like the example pictures I showed. I cannot recommend Dr. Mabrie and his angels enough. Thank you!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Mabrie for over four years, so I feel I can offer a thoughtful and honest review. I first came to the Mabrie Institute after leaving another very well-known med spa where I had grown increasingly unhappy with my results. After reading reviews and doing my research, I decided to try Dr. Mabrie and his team. It was one of the best decisions I have made for myself. From the moment you walk in, you realize this is not just a treatment appointment. It is an experience. Whether you are greeted by Winston, Ellie, Juanita, or anyone on the team, you are welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness. The environment immediately puts you at ease and gives you confidence that you are in the right hands. The office itself is beautiful and impeccably maintained, with thoughtful touches that make every visit feel special. But what truly sets the Mabrie Institute apart is not the aesthetics. It is the level of care, precision, and integrity behind the work. On my first visit, I arrived thinking I would walk out with an entirely “new face” in one session. That is not their philosophy. Coming from a previous experience where I did not feel my best and needed some correction, that meant everything. I walked in feeling self-conscious and left with a plan, hope, and confidence. We loooove coming to Mabrie! I don’t even want to call them staff because they are so friendly and down to earth we feel so welcome. Dr. Mabrie does an excellent job of building a community and team with everyone and you feel it. Now let’s talk about Dr. Mabrie. He is a true artist!!! He has an excellent eye and has done wonders. There are things I haven’t even seen but when his work is done they are major improvements yet they completely subtle. I cannot even explain how talented he is and feel they all truly care.
