I spent nearly two months researching and searching for the very best doctor in California because I had one very specific goal: beautiful, natural-looking results. I am incredibly detail-oriented (I’m an artist by nature), and after a previous bad experience elsewhere, I was extremely selective and honestly a very hard client to satisfy. Finding Dr. Mabrie was the best decision I could have made. His work is truly an art form. The precision, patience, and incredibly delicate way he works is honestly mind-blowing. He has such an eye for balance and natural beauty. I now have the most beautiful, natural-looking lips I could have ever imagined. They still look like me, just refreshed, beautifully balanced, and exactly what I hoped for. The results exceeded my expectations in every way. What impressed me the most is that he truly listens and understands subtlety. If you are someone looking for natural, elegant, tasteful results and you care deeply about details, I cannot recommend him enough. In my opinion, he is absolutely one of the best — if not the best — in California. Thank you, Dr. Mabrie, for your artistry, patience, and incredible skill. I am beyond happy🙏

I came in for a Botox touch up after following Dr. Mabrie’s work for years and the experience definitely lived up to the hype! I finally had the chance to make the trip out to SF and let him do his magic. The entire process felt super comfortable and easy. I always felt informed and taken care of. His office was also incredibly sleek and modern, which made the experience feel even more elevated. Overall, I had such a great experience and will absolutely be coming back for my touchups! Loved the nurses here too they were so educational!

Dr. Mabrie was very personable and took great care and time explaining different procedures to me and nurse Lindsay was amazing! Dr. Mabrie is hands-down the BEST ! He is a master at injectables and always takes the time to be precise. The nurses are all top notch as well!

As always, my experience at Dr. Mabrie’s office was exceptional. Dr. Mabrie and his entire team consistently provide a level of care and attention that feels truly first class. From the moment you walk through the doors, the office has the warmth and elegance of a five-star hotel. The reception staff and assistants are always gracious, welcoming, and genuinely kind. I trust no one with my face except Dr. Mabrie. He is incredibly attentive, compassionate, and dedicated to his patients. Beyond his remarkable skill as a plastic surgeon, he possesses a deep understanding of facial anatomy and an artistic eye that allows him to achieve beautifully natural results through a variety of treatment options. I have been a patient of Dr. Mabrie’s for more than 12 years, and he performed my very first Botox treatment. Since then, I have never considered trusting anyone else. I came in today for the final visit of my Mabrie Facial makeover, and while I’m sad that I’ll only be coming back annually now, I am beyond thrilled with my results. Dr. Mabrie is hands down the best in the business. I am so grateful I found him and feel so lucky that he’s here in SF! All the Mabrie angels are amazing, but today my shout-out goes to Vivian. She made me shine and truly went above and beyond - making me feel heard, explaining new policy changes, answering my questions, and advocating for me. Thank you so much, Vivian. I loved spending my appointment time with you. Lindsey popped in towards the end too, and It’s always such a pleasure when she or Ro checks in. They brighten up any room they walk into and I love seeing the team camaraderie. The entire experience has been wonderful, and I couldn’t be happier with my results.

I went to see if anything could be done about the half ton of luggage under my eyes. Everyone there was thoughtful, fun, and kind. They were professional and made me feel at ease. The Doctor was straightforward and I love that. I had a small amount of filler and it looked better immediately. I can’t wait to go back and see how much better it can get. I’ll update this when I get the rest. So far, it’s 10/10.

I had my appointment on 4/16/2026 at Mabrie Facial Institute for Botox and fillers. As a male, and only my second time ever having facial work done (my 1st experience at a different provider without a positive outcome), I went in feeling a bit skeptical. That said, the experience itself was excellent. The office feels like a sanctuary, and when I walked in, I was welcomed with refreshments & hospitality. They offered a chance to relax in a full-body massage chair before meeting with Dr. Mabrie. The staff is not only attractive, but also warm, friendly, and very accommodating. Vivian made sure I knew my way around, and Rochelle prepped me for what to expect when the Doc saw me. What really stood out during my consultation was how thorough and intentional Dr. Mabrie was. Before starting anything, he took the time to draw a detailed “map” on my face and walked me through the entire plan step-by-step. He explained exactly what he was going to do and why, which made me feel informed, comfortable, and confident moving forward. More importantly, I made a conscious decision to wait over a week before writing this review so I could base it primarily on what actually matters most—RESULTS, not JUST the in-office experience. After giving the results time to fully settle in, I can honestly say I am impressed. The outcome is clear & distinct, and has restored my confidence in receiving aesthetic treatments. At the end of the day, we go to businesses for RESULTS—and Mabrie Facial Institute delivered.. “I’ll be back”.
