ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This patient in his 40s came to MFI seeking a more contoured and structured facial appearance. He felt that his rounder face shape lacked definition, especially in the jawline and chin, and he was also noticing heaviness in the upper face that made his eyes appear tired. His goals were to reduce the appearance of a double chin, sharpen his profile, and refresh the upper face by opening the eyes and softening expression lines — all without surgery.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
We designed a full-face transformation using our Illumination 360˚ (i360˚) Full Face approach — a strategic blend of BOTOX and dermal filler designed to enhance definition, lift, and balance.

• BOTOX to forehead, glabella, and crow’s feet – smoothed dynamic lines and gently lifted the brow, brightening the eye area
• BOTOX to the chin and parotid glands – helped slim the lower face and reduce chin dimpling for a more refined look
• Chin and jawline filler – added definition, reduced the appearance of fullness under the chin, and improved the overall profile
• Midface filler – restored cheek volume and supported the under eye area for a balanced, youthful structure
• Nose filler – subtly refined nasal contours to complete the facial harmonization

THE OUTCOME
