ABOUT OUR PATIENT
In her 50s, this patient came to MFI looking for a complete facial refresh, beginning with concerns around masseter prominence, marionette lines, smoker’s lines, and her lips. Her treatment evolved thoughtfully over time, beginning with lower face contouring, followed by lip enhancement, and later midface and under eye refinement. The goal was to restore structure, soften signs of aging, and create a smoother, more rested appearance while preserving what makes her look like herself.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
Using our Illumination Full Face Assessment, we looked beyond individual areas to evaluate her facial structure, proportions, movement, and overall balance. This guided a staged approach to full face rejuvenation, allowing each treatment to build upon the last for a cohesive, natural-looking result.

Lower Face Contouring: RHA 4 and Restylane filler were used to refine the chin and jawline and soften marionette lines, creating stronger structure and smoother transitions through the lower face.

Lip Enhancement: Filler restored shape and volume to the lips, complemented by a Botox lip flip to subtly refine the upper lip.

Botox: Botox to the masseters, chin, and DAOs helped soften lower face tension, refine facial shape, and support a smoother expression around the chin and mouth.

Midface & Under Eye Contouring: RHA 4 and Restylane were later used to restore supportive midface contour and soften under eye hollowness, helping create a more rested, harmoniously balanced appearance.

THE OUTCOME
Shown approximately 19 months apart, her before and after photos reflect a transformation that was built gradually and intentionally. The result is fresh, structured, smooth, and rejuvenated, with refined contours and a more rested appearance that still feels natural and distinctly her.
