ABOUT OUR PATIENT

This patient in her 40s came to MFI concerned with overall facial thinning and a gaunt appearance, particularly through the cheeks and temples. Naturally slender to begin with, she experienced additional facial volume loss during several years of extensive dental treatment. Over time, these changes left her feeling that her face looked more hollow and less vibrant than it once had.

We have been caring for her as an MFI patient for approximately 1 year and 7 months. During that time, she underwent multiple thoughtfully staged treatments as part of her i360 Full Face journey. Rather than trying to create change in a single visit, her treatment plan was built progressively to restore softness, dimension, and healthy facial balance while preserving the naturally slender character of her face.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN

Her i360 Full Face plan used multiple treatments over time to strategically rebuild support and refine facial proportions, allowing each area to complement the next.

• Midface & Cheeks: RHA 4 and a blend of Radiesse with RHA 4 were used to restore supportive volume, soften the gaunt appearance, and create healthier facial contours.
• Temples: Restylane Lyft and RHA 4 helped replenish temporal hollowing and create a smoother transition into the cheeks.
• Under Eyes & Submalar Area: Restylane-L helped soften hollow transitions and reduce shadowing associated with volume loss.
• Nose, Lips, Chin & Lower Face: Restylane-L and RHA 4 were placed selectively to refine proportion, restore support, and improve overall facial harmony.
• Botox: Botox to the crow’s feet and chin helped soften dynamic movement and complement her structural improvements.

THE OUTCOME

After approximately 1 year and 7 months as an MFI patient, and 1 year and 5 months since her most recent treatment, she returned for a maintenance visit and updated photography. Seeing her transformation after this amount of time was especially meaningful to her.

She was very pleased with how healthy and refreshed she looked. Through multiple treatments, we were able to gradually restore softness, support, and dimension while maintaining her naturally slender facial identity. The result reflects the intention of her i360 Full Face journey: thoughtful, staged restoration that allows her to look balanced, refreshed, and naturally like herself.
