ABOUT OUR PATIENT

This patient in her 40s came to Mabrie Facial Institute wanting to look younger, refreshed, and more polished, while still looking completely like herself. This was her first experience with dermal fillers, so creating a natural transformation was especially important. Rather than focusing on one specific concern, she wanted an overall improvement in facial shape, volume, and definition. Her goal was to soften signs of aging, restore youthful contours, and look like a refreshed version of herself without appearing overfilled.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN

Using our i360 Full Face approach, we identified where age-related volume changes, facial contours, and muscle movement were affecting the overall appearance of her face. Because this was her first filler experience, treatment was gradually layered over three appointments spaced six weeks apart, allowing us to build structure conservatively and refine her results along the way.

Different filler textures and densities were selected based on the needs of each area:

• Midface + Under Eyes: Supportive filler restored midface structure, while a softer, more flexible filler smoothed under eye hollowness and improved the transition into the cheeks.
• Chin + Jawline: A firmer, structural filler enhanced projection and definition, creating a cleaner, more sculpted lower-face contour.
• Nose: Nonsurgical rhinoplasty refined the bridge and profile for improved facial balance.
• Lips: A soft, flexible filler provided subtle shape and hydration without dramatically increasing volume.
• Temples + Forehead: Carefully selected filler restored smooth contours and softened areas of volume loss.
• Botox: Treated the upper face, performed a subtle lip flip, softened the platysma bands and downward pull at the corners of the mouth, and relaxed the mentalis muscle to smooth chin dimpling.

THE OUTCOME

After three treatments, her face appears brighter, smoother, more defined, and beautifully refreshed. Restoring support through the midface and under-eyes gives her a more rested appearance, while chin and jawline contouring creates youthful lower-face definition. Subtle refinements to the nose, lips, temples, and forehead complete the transformation.
